1. Digital Delivery

All SEO services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products or shipments. Deliverables include: audit reports (PDF), keyword research spreadsheets, content (published to your CMS or delivered as documents), link reports, and analytics dashboards.

2. Delivery Timeline

SEO Audit: 10-14 business days from engagement start. Keyword Strategy: 7-10 business days. On-Page Optimization: Ongoing, batch delivery every 2-4 weeks. Content: 4-8 articles per month, delivered weekly. Link Building: Ongoing monthly, reported at month-end. Local SEO: Initial setup: 5-7 business days. Ongoing optimization: monthly.

3. Reporting Schedule

Starter: Monthly performance report. Party: Bi-weekly performance reports + monthly strategy review call. VIP: Weekly performance reports + bi-weekly strategy calls + quarterly business review.

4. Communication

Email support: response within 4 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET). Project updates via email and shared dashboard. Scheduled calls per plan level.
