Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee professional execution of all SEO services per industry best practices and Google Webmaster Guidelines. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the accepted proposal, we will revise at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before work begins: Full refund available within 14 days of payment. After work begins but before delivery: Prorated refund for work not yet completed. After delivery: No refund for completed and delivered work. Ranking outcomes are not grounds for refund as they depend on factors beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@partyproseo.com with subject line "Refund Request." Include your name, order number, and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Under the Codice del Consumo (D.lgs. 206/2005), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (diritto di recesso) from the date of contract conclusion (Art. 52). This right is waived once SEO work has commenced with the consumer express consent (Art. 59(a)). To exercise withdrawal, contact hello@partyproseo.com within 14 days.

5. Ongoing Service Cancellation

Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum engagement period. No refund for the current billing period.
